HGR’s showroom is available for in-store shopping to customers during normal business hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 8 am – 4 pm ET
Our loading hours are as follows:
- Monday through Friday
- 8 am – 3 pm ET
The showrooms are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that HGR no longer offers in-store shopping during the second Saturday of the month. Any sales will be located in-store during business hours or online over the weekend.
As always, HGR’s online marketplace is open 24/7 for you to shop for industrial equipment.

Would much prefer if the showroom were open EVERY Saturday, instead of hearing the terrible news that those of us with full time jobs will no longer have the opportunity to shop in person, even if just once a month like before.

I’m with RJK 100%. I have a day job and can’t make it to HGR (or anywhere else) during “business hours”. Online is a poor substitute. I don’t buy used stuff that I can’t inspect first. Especially at HGR where it is so difficult to tell what condition something is in from the photos. I used to go every month, and even if I had no specific items in mind, I pretty much never left empty handed. Walking the aisles I would always find something to buy. That simply isn’t going to happen on the website.
