HGR Industrial Surplus has a Fryer Machine Systems CNC VMC, Model Number MC-60 and Serial Number 60527, for sale to assist with your CNC/computer numerical control, vertical machining center and milling/metal removal needs. This Fryer Machine Systems VMC with Anilam 5300 is located in HGR's Euclid, Ohio, showroom and weighs 12,750 pounds. This CNC VMC has a capacity of 24-inches wide by 73 inches, and its electrical requirements are 3/60/220. The vertical machining center also comes with coolant tank, manuals, Anilam 5300M control, Baldor drive, and 20-position tool changer. This Fryer MC Series VMC features heavyweight castings with boxway construction. The control and drives are fully digital. On the MC-60, the X travels at 60 inches, the Y at 30 inches and the Z at 28 (38) inches. The table load is 4,500 pounds. The motor is 30 HPwith a spindle speed of 60-8,500 RPM. The spindle is fully programmable, and the spindle cartridge assembly is belt driven by a Vector AC induction motor. The ways of the machine are hardened and ground. All mating and sliding surfaces are turcite coated. An automatic lubrication system meteres way oil through the Fryer VMC. The automatic tool changer has an electric gear motor to index the carousel. A Geneva gear drive with a proximity switch is used to accurately position the carousel.
