Product Overview: Hartness Model 935, automatic, intermittent motion, descending drop, case packer, rated from 5 to 30 cases per minute with number of product per case – depending on materials, application and case pack pattern. Case size range: 7" to 22½" in Length; 5½" to 16½" in Width; 2" to 19" in Height. Container size range: 2oz to 2½ gallons and can handle glass, and plastic round containers of various sizes and shapes (all with proper change parts). Equipped with (2) 9" wide (18" total) x 72" long servo driven product laner in feed conveyors, to (4) 1" wide x 132" long accumulation product conveyors with static dividers and container stops. Has (2) bottom 4" wide x 72" long case in feed conveyors and 72" long (2) chain lugged case indexing conveyors set on 30" centers and 28½" x 28½" descending drop pack section with air bladder container handling, container grid different per application. Control panel has A/B CPU controller and A/B PanelView touch screen display with start, stop, reset, e-stop controls and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame interlock safety guarding and levelling legs.
