Overview
The Safety Department is committed to creating a safe and productive workplace. The department provides training and reviews procedures, accidents and near-misses, while working with HGR employees towards an injury-free workplace thanks to the reporting of hazards by employees and the support of the Management Safety Committee that provides the department with the time, employees and management commitment to ensure a safe environment for staff, as well as customers.
Team Standards
All safety staff will be required to actively participate in the success of the department by exemplifying HGR’s core values, conducting their duties with professionalism toward co-workers, customers and vendors, and treating one another with respect.
