TigerStop has introduced TigerRack, a rack and pinion driven automated positioning system designed for metal working environments and the new TigerGripper. The TigerRack attaches to a cold saw, punch press, ironworker or any machine needing linear positioning automation and is suitable for individual workstations or fully automated multi-line factories. It is designed to maintain its speed and accuracy. The TigerGripper, a pneumatic gripper, is designed to enable the operator to use 100% of the material, eliminating any waste. Its design allows the material to extend into the vise area allowing the saw to clamp and retracts allowing the saw to cut even where gripped. It can be used with all TigerStop positioners and has interchangeable gripping pads for rubber, brass, steel, carbide, etc.
