Industrial Ovens are used for a variety of applications including drying, curing, or baking components. These ovens are used in different industries like chemical processing, food production, and electronics. Curing ovens are used to cause a chemical reaction in a substance at a certain temperature, like powder coating. Drying ovens are mainly used to remove moisture and are sometimes known as kilns. Baking ovens combine the function of curing and drying ovens.
Environmental Chambers are enclosures used to test how different materials, products, or devices react to specific environments. The chamber replicates conditions which machinery or materials might be exposed to. Chamber testing involves testing and exposing products to various environmental conditions in a controlled setting. Climatic Chamber testing and Thermal Shock testing are part of chamber testing. Climatic Chamber testing is a broad category of ways to simulate climate or excessive ambient conditions exposure for a product or a material under laboratory-controlled yet accelerated conditions.
Vacuum chambers remove air or gas by using pumps to pull it out of the chamber. This results in a low-pressure environment within the chamber, commonly referred to as a vacuum. A vacuum environment allows researchers to conduct physical experiments or to test mechanical devices which must operate in outer space or for processes such as vacuum drying or vacuum coating.
