Ch-ch–ch–ch-changes! Exciting things are coming to the HGR website!
The HGR website will have a little downtime this weekend to introduce exciting changes are launching next week. We will be hard at work adding a new shopping cart feature to our website, and streamlining the industrial surplus shopping experience for YOU… our customers!
Our website will be offline starting this Friday, April 29th, at 4:30 pm EST. Once we are back online, we will have a brand-new checkout process that makes online shopping easier than ever.
We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible with the new shopping cart. That’s why we created a straightforward tutorial on how to use the new shopping cart here.
It really is as easy as 1-2-3:
- CLICK ADD TO CART – Add one or multiple items to your cart by selecting the Add to Cart button on product preview or product pages.
- CALCULATE SHIPPING – Provide your destination zip code and other information and a shipping rate will be provided for every item in your cart.*
- PROCEED TO CHECKOUT – Provide your contact and payment information to finalize your transaction online or pay with a purchase request to complete your transaction offline with your HGR sales rep.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to log in to our accounts now. What does this mean for our wishlists?
