On May 2, HGR will be rolling out our new shopping cart feature so you can quickly check out online and track your purchase.
And we’re updating Make an Offer to make it easier for you to name your price on industrial surplus.

How the shopping cart works
When you want to purchase an item, you can either click on the product preview or go to the product page. Both the preview and product page will have an Add to Cart button.
Click the Add to Cart button. Shipping rates for that item will appear in a popup. Enter your destination zip code, whether it is a residential address or a business address, and if there will be a loading dock.
Note: Some items may not generate a shipping rate. HGR will assist after checkout to determine any additional shipping and handling charges.
Then, click continue. The item will be added to your cart. You have the option to keep shopping or continue checkout.
Click Proceed to Checkout when you are ready to purchase your items. Now, you can fill out your contact, shipping, and payment information.
Click Submit Your Order, and the item is yours!

At the same time, HGR is revamping our Make an Offer process to streamline savings for you.
You will be redirected to a product page directly on HGR with a Make an Offer form allowing you to name your price on the equipment you want to buy and leave a note for your sales rep. We will review your offer and reach out to you if it is accepted.
